Advanced Meridian Tapping Techniques "AMTT"
Advanced Meridian Tapping Techniques "AMTT" is on organization formed by worldwide request for new standards in training. We seek to provide up-to-date information and resources to those practicing Meridian Tapping Techniques, and those interested in furthering their knowledge about the many ways these tools can transform lives, ethical and professional standards, certification avenues, access to training, workshop information, and much more.
Although Meridian Tapping Techniques are amazingly simple and effective, the ease of these techniques is deceiving. There is so much involved in using them with others, that hands-on, supervised, in-person training requirements are clearly needed. Safety and thorough knowledge is paramount.
MTT is not a replacement for traditional psychotherapy or any kind of medical treatment; Meridian Tapping Techniques are valuable tools in one’s treatment tool kit. The more quality workshops and training available, the more quality information can be used by professionals’ use.
As an organization, it is our desire to make available extensive and pertinent information that is necessary for furthering the effective practice of all of the Meridian Tapping Techniques in all parts of the world.
We are a sister organization to AAMET (Association for the Advancement of Meridian Energy Techniques) and, although separate entities, we have similar principals and our training guidelines, ethics codes and many other features are aligned. Please feel free to visit the AAMET website for more details on guidelines, requirements, ethics codes, mentoring, etc while this site is in development.
Please note that Meridian Tapping Techniques are experimental treatments. While there have not been any documented negative side effects when the proper protocols were followed, that does not mean you will not experience any negative side effects yourself.
MTT is not meant to replace the proper assessment, diagnosis and treatment of psychological or mental conditions. It is your responsibility to seek help from a qualified mental health practitioner if you are experiencing emotional distress or any medical problems.
